— Construction Coordination and Supervision
At intervals appropriate to the stage of construction, we work directly with your general contractor to sequentially coordinate the delivery and installation of the FF & E package. We ensure that the progress and quality of work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents and regularly communicates the progress to the client.
— Coordinated Job Site Delivery
An equipment and fixture procurement contract can include hundreds of individual pieces, which at some point get delivered to the job site and installed. At Restaurant Design and Sales, we have each individual equipment manufacturer ship their product directly to our warehouse. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, a series of activities take place to assure no surprises are discovered at the job site. Each product piece is checked in and cataloged, carefully inspected for any obvious or concealed freight damage, and organized by sequential importance as it relates to the installation phase. When the job site is ready to receive the product, we load the truck with the product by importance to facilitate the installation phase.
— Installation and Setting-In-Place Equipment and Fixtures
Time is short during this phase of the project, as the job site buzzes with activity and contractors. Fortunately, because we carefully orchestrate projects from their conception, we are able to strategically uncrate and set equipment in place in a way that aids and supports plumbers, electricians, and other trades in their work. Upon utility connections, we secure and level each item and clean the environment to prepare the space for move in.
